What we collect

When you sign up to train, nominate an organization, share a story, or contact us, we collect the information you submit (name, email, role, organization, shipping address, and any details you choose to include). When you create a training account, we also store sign-in details and your training progress.

How we use it

• To ship your free kits once your training is complete.
• To deliver Warrior Watch Training and issue your certificate of completion.
• To follow up about your request and send program updates you opted into.
• To aggregate non-identifying impact numbers (kits shipped, responders trained, states reached).

What we never publish

We never publish addresses, contact details, or identifying information about the children, families, or organizations we serve. Our public coverage map shows state-level counts only.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information tied to your account or your request at any time by emailing hello@t1dw.org. Account holders can also sign in and update their profile directly.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics to measure which pages people visit, where they came from, and whether they sign up, start or pass training, or send a nomination. With your permission we also use Google advertising cookies so our ads can reach people who visited and so we can count signups that came from those ads. This data goes to Google. We never send your name or email address, and private links are stripped before anything is sent. Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and nothing is measured until they choose. Everyone else can turn either option off at any time.
