Warrior Watch is a program of T1D Warriors Foundation. This page summarizes how we handle the information you share with us through this site. The full T1D Warriors privacy policy applies to all program activities.
What we collect
When you request a kit, refer an organization, register for training, share a story, or contact us, we collect the information you submit (name, email, role, organization, and any details you choose to include). When you create a training account, we also store sign-in details and your training progress.
How we use it
- To qualify and fulfill kit requests and training bookings.
- To deliver the Warrior Watch Training and issue your Readiness Badge.
- To follow up about your request and send program updates you opted into.
- To aggregate non-identifying impact numbers (kits shipped, responders trained, states reached).
What we never publish
We never publish addresses, contact details, or identifying information about the children, families, or organizations we serve. Our public coverage map shows state-level counts only.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information tied to your account or your request at any time by emailing hello@t1dw.org. Account holders can also sign in and update their profile directly.
